Clipper Terms
These Clipper Terms supplement our general Terms of Service and apply specifically to Clippers submitting clips to Campaigns on Wusul.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and you must only link social media accounts that you personally own and control.
2. How You Earn
Each Campaign sets its own rate, expressed per 1,000 verified views (its "CPM"). You earn that rate for every 1,000 real, verified views your submitted clip receives on the platform you posted it to, up to the Campaign's budget.
3. The 1,000-View Minimum
A clip must reach at least 1,000 views before it qualifies for payment. Clips that don't clear this threshold earn nothing for that submission, even if the content itself is approved.
4. Organic Growth Only
Views must come from real, organic reach. Bots, view farms, purchased views, engagement pods, or any other artificial inflation are not allowed. Submissions found to use artificial views will be rejected and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of related earnings.
5. Stay On-Theme
Your clip must follow the specific Campaign's rules, do's and don'ts, and content source, posted on the Campaign page. Off-theme, misleading, or unrelated content will be rejected.
6. Review and Approval
Every submission is reviewed by our team before it's approved. We check the clip against the Campaign's rules and verify the view count on the source platform before releasing payment. This is a manual, hands-on process rather than an automated one, so reviews may take time. We may place a submission on hold if we need more time or information to verify it.
7. Payout Methods
We currently support payouts via Instapay, PayPal, and USDT. You're responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any fees charged by your payout provider. Choose whichever method works where you bank.
8. Payments Are Final
Once a payout is sent, it's final. We don't reverse or refund payouts except in cases of clear error or fraud on our part. Double-check your submission and payout details before confirming.
9. Account Verification
You confirm ownership of a linked account using a verification code. Submitting a code or account that isn't yours, or misrepresenting your ownership of an account, is a violation of these Terms.
10. Suspension
We may suspend your Clipper access, reject pending submissions, and withhold unpaid earnings tied to a violation if you breach these Clipper Terms or our general Terms of Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Clipper Terms from time to time. Continuing to submit clips after an update means you accept the new terms.
