These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wusul, operated by Camaran Group OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

1. The Service
Wusul is a marketplace that connects brands running content-distribution campaigns ("Campaigns") with independent creators ("Clippers") who post short clips of that content on their own social media accounts in exchange for payment based on verified views. Wusul facilitates the connection, tracks submissions, and coordinates payment — brand billing and clipper payouts are currently handled directly by our team rather than through automated in-platform checkout.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. - You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. - You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. - One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use bots, scripts, purchased views, or any artificial means to inflate views, engagement, or earnings. - Submit content that's illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates the rules of the platform you're posting to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc). - Misrepresent your identity, the accounts you connect, or the content you submit. - Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid, unverified earnings tied to the violation.
4. Content and Campaigns
Brands retain ownership of the content they provide for a Campaign. By submitting a clip, Clippers grant Wusul and the relevant brand a license to review, verify, and reference that clip for the purposes of running the Campaign. Clippers are responsible for following each Campaign's specific rules, which are posted on the Campaign page.
5. Payments
Clipper earnings and payout terms are described in our Clipper Terms. Brand campaign budgets and billing are arranged directly with our team and are not processed through automated in-platform payment.
6. Intellectual Property
The Wusul name, logo, and platform are the property of Camaran Group OÜ. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the platform normally.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the platform at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camaran Group OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you were owed, if any, in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
